Physical Health & Medical Disclaimer

You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

This site offers health, fitness and wellness information and is designed for educational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional. Online Security

OM+ Studio makes use of Facetime, Skype and Zoom video conferencing apps. For best performance and for your personal cybersecurity, please make sure that your device is running a supported firmware or operating system (OS) with the latest software updates and security patches installed.

Attire

Wear comfortable clothing, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers, that will allow for a full range of movement, i.e. sweat pants, leotards, leggings, biking shorts or gym attire are recommended. For Pilates and yoga bare feet are optimal or no-slip socks. For Chair Yoga, bare feet are optimal. However, if you prefer socks, shoes or slippers, please do so. The objective is comfort.

Attendance

To encourage starting your session on time, please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. In order to change or cancel your appointment or class, we require a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a “by appointment only” business, this 24 hour cancellation policy is essential. If you fail to cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged.

Transfer and Refund Policy

Private, semi private, and group classes/packages are non-refundable and are transferrable with prior permission from OM+ Studio.

Package Freeze

If you have purchased a package and will be unable to attend your sessions, you will be able to freeze a package for up to 6 months from the date you ask for the freeze (excluding Chair Yoga). A freeze will be granted to those who will not be able to attend Pilates, yoga or meditation due to an illness, injury, major life change, etc. Please make the request in writing (an email is acceptable).

Inactive Accounts

Accounts become inactive after 12 months of inactivity (excluding Chair Yoga). All existing packages on these accounts will expire and are not refundable.

Payments

Prices do not include applicable sales taxes. All payments are to be made before class or private session. Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Chase Quick Pay with Zelle, check or cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.
